Cosmo Contour & Spa, LLC. has a strict no refund policy on purchases if you change your mind

whether these programs are paid in full or, in the event that your circumstances change, or if

you choose to discontinue treatments.


Cancellations and Refunds

Treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals or clinics.


For any cancellation notice we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you, no show,

reschedule or cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to

charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost and or lose the service scheduled if

prepaid. If this is a prepaid treatment(s), you will be forfeiting this treatment.


Deposits paid for consultations are non-refundable.


Prepaid Treatments:


If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule.

There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment

areas or clinics.


*Services may be exchanged for another service for in-store credit within 14 days from the date

of purchase within ethical reasoning of adverse reaction to the service.


Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10

or more treatments).


The 24 hours’ notice period is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel

a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend the appointment, your treatment will be

forfeited.


We don’t refund money for a change of mind. We provide thorough consultations on the first day

of your visit and provide you with the all educated information regarding our treatments and

products, while we provide the knowledge and expertise to our clients, ultimately it is your

responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.


It is important that you provide Cosmo Contour with all the information requested in completing

your consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You agree to

these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.


When a client has been set up as a “Pre-Payment Required Client”, no refunds will be issued

once a treatment has been scheduled and billed.


Appointments will be scheduled during the initial consultation. Once a client has completed their

consultation and their first treatment, no refunds will be issued.


Any treatments not used within a 12 month period will be forfeited without refund.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or

unhappy with the outcome.
