To be eligible for Standard Free Shipping, orders must be placed and shipped within the continental U.S., must total $49 or more, and only applies to products that are in stock. Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping time applies to the amount of days that your item will take to arrive once it ships, not once your order is placed.
Standard Shipping orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from ship date.
Priority Shipping orders are delivered within 3 business days from ship date.
UPS Expedited Shipping orders are delivered within 2 business days from ship date.
How do I ship to P.O. Box?
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes must select Standard Shipping or Priority Shipping. P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Expedited or Overnight Shipping.
How can I ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories?
Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped Priority with shipping rates beginning at $17.95 to ensure timely receipt of order.
Why did some of my items ship separately?
If your order contains multiple items, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times (rest assured, you are only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order). When we ship your order in multiple packages, these packages may arrive separately.
When will I receive my order?
Our orders typically ship within same or next business days and are usually received within 4-7 business days for US customers. We’ll provide your tracking information via your account and email as soon as your package is in transit.
USPS is reporting my order as delivered but it's not here
We’re very sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. Once the order has been handed oﬀ to our shipping carrier, we rely on them to deliver your package in a timely manner. This is certainly not typical. If your order doesn’t arrive within the next 1-2 business days, contact your local post oﬃce. They will need your tracking number, which can be found within your account. If for whatever reason your order has been confirmed as lost or untraceable, we’ll be happy to assist you.
